Summer is here! And we couldn’t be happier, as things are heating up for us here at Amaci Salon! First off, as you may know, we are relaunching our salon. Our goal was to provide a more luxurious, modern, and gorgeous location for our customers, and I’m so excited to reveal our new look.
After a quick summer vacation (we will be closed from July 4th through July 9th), we will reopen our doors on July 10th with a brighter and more open feel. We will be offering our clients free self-serve beverages to enjoy, including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, tea, soda, water with limes, and wine.
As we relaunch, we will continue to offer our existing services, and will also explore new ways to serve residents and visitors to Boston’s beautiful Back Bay. (We’re considering adding nails and eyelash extensions to our menu of services- stay tuned!)
We’re so excited and blessed to have this opportunity, and thankful to the community for supporting us along the way. This project has been in the works for a very long time, and we’re committed to doing it right! Hopefully this means our existing clients have more reasons to come visit us, and new clients find their way to our door! HOW-TO
1. Blow dry hair while spraying Phytovolume Actif Volumizing spray on the roots in layers to prep the hair to create strength and memory for hold.
2. Create a side part and before applying heat, use Phytokératine Repairing thermal protectant spray.
3. Using a curling iron, curl sections of the hair and set individual pieces into pin curls.
4. Unpin curls and brush them out into loose waves, securing with an elastic (some models will have side ponytails and others will be to the back).
5. Finish the look with PHYTO Professional Workable Holding Spray.
HOW-TO
1. Spray PHYTOVOLUME ACTIF Volumizing Spray onto damp hair to create texture and control before blow-drying it straight. The spray is heat activated.
2. Create a deep zigzag part, starting from the top of the ear to the opposite eyebrow.
3. Gather hair to the right side and secure lengths into a low ponytail below right ear with elastic.
4. After running a flatiron through the ponytail, apply PHYTO PROFESSIONAL Glossing Cream throughout head and through the lengths of the ponytail to calm fly aways.
5. Finish with the PHYTOLISSE Ultra Glossing Finishing Serum to create a glossy, reflective shine.
